Annie Short is a product and merchandising leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, design thinking, and building systems for creative growth. Her career spans global outdoor brands, fast-growing DTC companies, and innovation studios, with leadership roles at The North Face, Crocs, VF Corp, and Halfdays, where she serves as Chief Product Officer.

At Shortform Studio, Annie helps founders translate vision into strategy, structure, and product decisions that scale. She believes the strongest brands grow with clarity, alignment, and purpose.
